Teri Brecht, St. Charles Branch president, introduced Past AAUW of Missouri President Barbara Barnett (St. Charles Branch) as a co-recipient of the Metro St. Louis Interbranch Council Barbara Lackritz AAUW Service Award.  Barbara was unable to attend the St. Louis IBC convention kickoff luncheon in March 2009 when the awards were presented to her and co-recipient Lynne Roney
